Ash is a marketing and brand professional with nearly a decade of experience in creative advertising, branding, and communications.

With a background in graphic design and visual communications, she brings a strong understanding of brand expression and perception. Her work is informed by a particular interest in how brand expression, data, and human behaviour intersect to shape meaningful audience experiences.

Ash’s commitment to improving the lives of people affected by eating disorders is grounded in her own lived experience. Since InsideOut Institute’s inception in 2018, she has contributed as a Lived Experience Champion, advocating for greater understanding, compassion, and evidence‑informed approaches to care.
