Our Specialist Supportive Clinical Management (SSCM) trainers receive free training and supervision and deliver SSCM workshops to NSW Health staff across the state.
The SSCM workshops form part of the important work that InsideOut delivers under the NSW Service Plan for People with Eating Disorders, with the aim to build the capacity of our workforce to provide evidenced based treatments to people with eating disorders and their families.
To be successful in this role you’ll need:
Essential Criteria
5 years working with clients with Eating Disorders.
5 years working in public mental health services.
Desirable Criteria
Have some availability to provide supervision to NSW Health staff (via video link)
Minimum Requirements of the Role
4x1 day workshops per year across NSW
Be available any weekdays (with notice) and be willing to stay overnight to provide workshops if required.
Attend monthly peer supervision sessions (1 hour per session)
Complete pre-requisite professional development in SSCM and presenter training (funded by InsideOut Institute).
