About

Additional Quals: Master Couple & Family Therapy (2007); Master of Public Health (2000), MBE, Credentialed Mental Health Nurse. Clinical private practice, providing individual therapy & family support for people with anorexia nervosa. My work with children, adolescents, young people & adults is collaborative, strengths-focused, trauma informed and evidence-based. I support the person to take charge of the eating disorder, to develop their vision of life without anorexia, to identify skills gaps they may have in regard to their recovery and fill them, and to use the experience of the eating disorder to learn more about themselves and their ways of coping - developing skills that will ultimately help them to live a more fulfilling life.
