Psychologist
Nicole Dill is a Clinical Psychologist at Resolve Psychological Services in Wollongong NSW. Nicole in an ANZAED Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician with over 20 years of experience working with adult clients in private practice settings. Nicole has a particular interest in working with adults who are experiencing difficulties in their relationship with food, body image, exercise, and/or weight. Nicole works with her clients to better understand the factors that lead to the development of the Eating Disorder, as well as the factors that are maintaining the behaviour. This approach considers attachment style, family background, readiness for change, previous experiences of therapy, the complexity of the disordered eating, and any other mental health diagnoses that may also be present. Nicole works with Resolve's ANZAED Credentialed Dietitian, Ms Chantell Willis. Together, they work with the client's GP and family members to ensure the development of an informed and supportive multidisciplinary care team. Nicole has a strong background in Schema Therapy and Attachment Theory, and is trained in the provision of Specialist Supportive Clinical Management (SSCM) and Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) therapies. Nicole operates within a neuro-affirming and trauma-informed framework.
