Dr Vivienne Lewis is a clinical psychologist at the University of Canberra with 20 years of experience specializing in body image and disordered eating in both her research and clinical work. She has written three books, through Australian Academic Press, including 'Positive Bodies Loving The Skin You’re In' and 'No Body’s Perfect. A helper’s guide to working with children and young people', and most recently, 'Eating Disorders. A Practitioner’s Guide to Psychological Care', for professionals wanting to help people with body image and eating issues. She is a strong advocate for reducing stigma and myths around eating disorders and speaks frequently in the media on such issues. Dr Lewis also provides workshops and supervision to health professionals and trainees.
