About

Bonnie (she/her) is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, with experience and expertise in movement to improve or support the physical and mental health of those with unique needs (e.g., children and young people, people living with mental illness - including eating disorders, trans and gender diverse folk). Bonnie holds an academic role at The University of Western Australia, along with a clinical role as Exercise Physiology Program Coordinator at Fremantle Hospital Mental Health Service (and management of their Exercise + Eating Disorder services). She is the founding Director of Thriving in Motion, a not-for-profit organisation with a mission to build strong, happy and healthy young people (5-25yrs) through exercise, and that cater specifically to young people who experience barriers, risks or challenges to movement at a community level.
