This study seeks to develop a deep understanding of the biological, psychological and social factors contributing to an individual's eating disorder. Using this information, we plan to co-produce a universal measure of eating disorders.

This study aims to co-produce a universal measure of eating disorders.
Background
Current measures of eating disorders examine a narrow presentation of eating disorder symptoms and do not assess the person holistically. We plan to use data from multiple concurrent studies to inform the development of a universal measure of eating disorders. The exact purpose and design of the measure will be determined in consult with those with lived experience of an eating disorder, clinicians, and researchers.
