  • Fertility and EDs
  • Intersection between weight, type of ED and pregnancy risks and concerns
  • Screening & assessment
  • Managing risk
  • Multidisciplinary management
  • Adaptations to evidence based treatment
  • The postpartum transition

Learning Objectives:

  1. Understand the relationship between eating disorders and pregnancy
  2. Feel confident in working with clients experiencing eating disorders who are pregnant
  3. Assess for eating disorders in pregnancy- both general psychosocial assessment and/ or more detailed eating disorder assessment
  4. Establish and work within a multidisciplinary team
  5. Be aware of and manage risks as they present
