Free GP Education Dinner: Identifying and responding to eating disorders in general practice

15 Oct 2025 7:30am - 10:00am

Banksia Room, Terrace Hotel, 208 South Tce, Adelaide

Join Adelaide PHN for an essential education dinner for general practitioners in the Adelaide PHN region, addressing the growing challenge of body image distress, disordered eating, and eating disorders in primary care. As general practitioners are often the first point of contact for patients struggling with these complex conditions, early identification and response are key for positive outcomes. The guest speaker, Dr Jemma Elliott from Adelaide Health Care, brings extensive experience in eating disorder management to share practical insights with fellow general practitioners.
