Steven is ICT and Customer Support Officer at InsideOut Institute, a role which supports the eTherapy and eClinic platforms providing resolution of techinical issues. He is passionate about enhancing and streamlining the customer experience through the use of technology, removing barriers to access and improving outcomes.

Steven had worked for multiple New Zealand tertiary institutes, starting his career lecturing in database design and administration, before moving into educational administration, business development, funding compliance, operations and management roles within the academic delivery areas of Information Technology, Sports and Fitness, Health Science and Natural Therapies.

Steven studied Software Development before turning to Educational Technology and Innovation, holding a Master in Applied Practice (Technological Futures) focussing on emerging and disruptive technologies.
