Rachel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics (Honours) and a Graduate Certificate in Public Health. She has valuable experience working with both adults and young people with eating disorders and disordered eating, across inpatient and outpatient settings in the public health system. Rachel has also led the development of a specialist public eating disorder services and is deeply committed to improving access to quality care. She is passionate about supporting recovery by contributing to service planning, delivering training, and supporting healthcare professionals in the field of eating disorders.
Rachel joined the InsideOut eClinic team following her roles as an Eating Disorder Coordinator as well as a Quality and Risk Manager in her Local Health District. With a strong focus on evidence-based, and recovery-oriented care, Rachel is dedicated to advancing services that support individuals through every stage of their recovery journey.
