Day Program
Public Service Treatment is delivered in small groups 4 days per week. Meals are provided and are in keeping with nutritional goals. Group members participate in different sessions covering topics such as thoughts and feelings about eating and weight, coping skills, goal setting, overcoming obstacles to change, meal planning, nutrition, improving communication and self-esteem. The Westmead Eating Disorders Day Treatment Program is a self-referral service. We encourage individuals who are interested in accessing our service to contact us directly on 9630 9423.
