About

Uncovery is an Eating Disorder Recovery Coaching Service offering face-to-face and remote support for individuals aged 14 and above who are seeking to restore their relationship with food, make peace with their body, and build the skills needed for sustainable recovery. Our services can be customised to meet the unique needs of each client. These include 1:1 Recovery Coaching, Meal and Snack Support, In-home Cooking, Grocery Shopping, and Clothes shopping. We act as an extension of clinical teams, offering practical, hands-on guidance to help clients navigate recovery in everyday situations. We work alongside clients and their treatment providers to take actionable steps toward long-term recovery. With a compassionate and holistic approach informed by lived experience, our team is dedicated to empowering clients to reclaim their lives and believe in full recovery.

An eating disorder coach is not a licensed mental health professional and cannot provide medical, nutritional, or psychological advice.
