Hi, my name is Tyrone. I am a clinical psychologist and nutritionist with a passion for supporting individuals who are navigating eating-related challenges and eating disorders.
I use a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Eating Disorders (CBT-E) and dynamic psychotherapy. Dynamic psychotherapy is an emotion-focused approach that helps clients explore and address core emotional difficulties underlying their concerns.
