About

Tabitha is an Accredited Practising Dietitian who is passionate about supporting individuals in their recovery from eating disorders and disordered eating. She provides compassionate, evidence-based care, helping clients rebuild trust in their bodies, develop a more peaceful relationship with food, and move towards lasting recovery. Tabitha also has a special interest in sports nutrition, working with athletes and dancers to optimise performance while prioritising both physical and mental wellbeing.
