I am a Social Worker and Counsellor (BA(Psychology), BSW, MSW, MCounselling) working in private practice with a client centred focus that is trauma informed and eclectic, utilising strategies from several approaches, including ACT, CBT, and EMDR. I believe that each person is unique and I tailor my approach to meet the needs of the individual.
