Social Worker

About

I'm an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and Certified Dialectical Behaviour Therapy Practitioner. In my private practice, I often work with clients who have experienced complex trauma and other complex & persistent mental health concerns such as eating disorders. I'm passionate about integrative mental health care, which reaffirms the importance of the relationship between practitioner and client, focuses on the whole person, and makes use of all safe, effective, and appropriate approaches to mental health care. I hold an Honours degree in Complementary Medicine and am a Registered Yoga Teacher, which supports me in widening my lens to serve clients holistic mental health care needs.
