Sophie Kane is an Accredited Practising Dietitian who supports people struggling with their relationship with food, eating, and body image to find a calmer, more sustainable way forward.
She understands that food and eating can feel overwhelming, confusing, or even distressing at times and prioritises making progress that feels supported and safe. Sophie works gently and collaboratively with clients to untangle unhelpful patterns, rebuild trust in their bodies, and move towards food freedom.
Her approach is weight-inclusive, compassionate, and grounded in the understanding that food is about much more than nutrition alone. Together, you’ll explore not just what you’re eating, but the thoughts, emotions, routines, and experiences that shape your relationship with food
Sophie creates a warm, non-judgemental space where you can feel heard and supported, whether you’re navigating an eating disorder, disordered eating, or feeling stuck in cycles around food and body image.
She holds a Master of Dietetics and a Bachelor of Nutrition and Food Sciences, with experience supporting a wide range of eating and nutrition concerns. If you’re ready to feel more at ease with food and your body, Sophie would love to support you and offers both in-person or online sessions.
