I am an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) with available appointments at ‘The Practice’ located in Greensborough. My practicing style is greatly influenced by my belief that enjoying food and eating for health are not two separate things. Nutrition counselling techniques used follow a non-diet style approach. I am passionate about helping people improve their relationship with food all while achieving their health goals.
