Sian takes a collaborative, caring, and person-centred approach to treatment and is passionate about helping people to improve their relationship with food. She uses a weight-neutral framework that puts the focus on eating for nourishment, enjoyment, and health. Sian completed her Master of Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Canberra and has additional training and interest in providing trauma-informed dietetic care. She has experience working in private practice and can see clients face-to-face as well as through Telehealth. She is able to provide nutrition support to people with a range of health conditions across all age groups.
