About

I am a Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician specialising in the treatment of eating disorders and body image concerns. I support people who may be struggling with their relationship with food, their body or themselves, as well as those experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, perfectionism, shame, social difficulties and unresolved trauma. My approach is compassionate, recovery-oriented and size-inclusive.

My aim is to help my clients understand the patterns that may be keeping them stuck, develop greater compassion for themselves and create a life that feels more aligned with who they are and what matters to them.
