Sarah has a particular interest in eating disorders, disordered eating and neurodivergent eating, including ADHD, autism and ARFID. She holds a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (Honours) and has completed ANZAED credentialing, Family-Based Treatment (FBT) training and InsideOut eating disorder training.
Sarah takes a warm, down-to-earth and non-judgemental approach, recognising that nutrition is not one-size-fits-all. She works collaboratively with clients, families and other health professionals to provide individualised, person-centred care, supporting nutritional wellbeing and helping clients build a more flexible, compassionate and positive relationship with food.
