Samantha Pilcher

Psychologist

About

I provide therapy to adolescents, young adults, and adults experiencing difficulties in their relationship with food, body image, exercise, and weight. My treatment approach is flexible to the individuals needs, symptoms, and stressors, although, where appropriate I predominantly draw from a schema therapy approach and psychodynamic principle's when working with adults, and a family systems approach when working with adolescents. I aim to address the underlying factors contributing to the eating disorder, while also supporting individuals to find alternative coping strategies.
