We aim to provide a revolutionary service that guides people in letting go of the food and body rules and reconnects them to their authenticity.
We are a team aiming to meet people where they are at in their journey of their eating disorder and recovery, and devoted to guiding them towards confidence in navigating an eating pattern that serves them well, free from disordered thoughts and behaviours.
We guide people towards an experience of their body in which they feel comfortable in their own skin and feel value in being more than a body, thereby experiencing less concern about how they look and more with who they are and what life they want to lead.
Russell specialises in treatment for eating disorders, working with individuals and families at every stage of an individuals eating disorder. Russell has extensive experience working with patients in private practice, and runs nutrition workshops as part of Hollywood Hospital's Day Program for Eating Disorders. Russell is passionate about the importance of a weight-neutral lens on health and explores this concept with all of his clients to strengthen their recovery journey.
