Rena is a registered Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia who is passionate about supporting individuals through life’s challenges with compassion, understanding, and evidence-based care. She provides a warm, safe, and person-centred environment where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to express themselves freely.
Rena works with individuals of all ages and has experience supporting a wide range of emotional, behavioural, and psychological concerns. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness-based approaches, tailoring each treatment plan to meet the unique needs of every client.
She has a special interest in working with children and families, using a creative and play-based therapeutic approach to make sessions engaging, supportive, and effective. Drawing on her background in design, Rena develops individualised strategies that help children build resilience, emotional strength, and lifelong wellbeing skills while also supporting parents and caregivers throughout the therapeutic journey.
Rena is committed to helping clients gain greater self-awareness, confidence, and inner harmony, and she finds great fulfilment in making a positive difference in the lives of those she supports.
