About

I am a member of Dietitians Australia, an Eating Disorders Credentialed Dietitian and a trained FODMAP dietitian. I have a special interest in supporting individuals experiencing eating disorders, disordered eating and adopt Health at Every Size (HAES) principles. I have been a support and carer for those close to me with eating disorders, which has sparked a passion in me to help others in their recovery. I also love presenting workshops to students, local community groups and health professionals.
