The Centre for Integrative Health is a multidisciplinary private practice comprising psychologists and dietitians who collaborate to treat eating, weight, and body image concerns. I am a registered psychologist at CFIH and have a particular interest in integrating mindfulness and self-compassion skills drawn from Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) with other evidence-based interventions, to support clients to not only overcome their eating and/or body-image concerns but to also learn how to relate to themselves with greater kindness, understanding, and balanced mindful awareness - especially during difficult moments in their lives.
