Rachel Roberts

Counsellor

About

Rachel is a PACFA registered counsellor who experience disordered eating and body image difficulties; people wanting to recover from chronic dieting and find peace with food; people experiencing body dysphoria due to appearance, gender or sexuality; LGBTQIAPK+ people; and understanding difficult experiences from the past. She is a Health At Every Size (HAES) accredited provider who can help you unpack the lessons you’ve learned about bodies, worth, goodness and health. Rachel can help you free up ‘mental real estate’ from negative body thoughts, and support you to find all the ways that you and your body can exist on the same team. She welcomes all bodies, sexualities and identities, and brings compassion and warmth to the process of learning and un-learning diet culture.
