Quentin Dignam

Quentin Dignam, based in rural Tamworth (NSW), has worked as a clinical psychologist in various parts of Australia and overseas, in public and private settings and across the lifespan, for over thirty years. He retains special interests in eating disorders, couple and family therapy, and trauma and dissociation – both as clinician, supervisor and educator. A long-term member of a local interest group of eating disorder specialists, and of the Australian and New Zealand Academy of Eating Disorders, Quentin has extensive experience in direct clinical practice, supervision and consultation - especially in treating child and adolescent eating disorders through family-based approaches. He is a registered provider under Medicare and able to implement indicated psychological treatments for adults and young people under a GP-authorised Eating Disorder Plan (EDP).
