Petrina has 15 years of experience as a Dietitian/Nutritionist, bringing extensive experience delivering evidence-based behaviour-change counselling using Motivational Interviewing and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and health coaching modalities. Petrina is also trained in the Non-Diet Approach, and is a passionate advocate for the size diversity and acceptance movement, and the Health At Every Size® paradigm.
