I provide individual psychology services for individuals with all types of eating disorders.I acknowledge that people frequently feel ambivalent about challenging their eating disorder. While they recognise the issues it presents, their eating disorder has often helped them to cope with distressing issues in their life, and so the prospect of change is daunting. My approach is to meet people where they’re at, work with them to resolve the tension between their desire for, and fear of change.
