I am an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician (CEDC-D) who provides specialised nutrition support to individuals experiencing an eating disorder or disordered eating. I offer a limited number of reduced fee appointments to support clients facing financial barriers to care- please contact me to learn more.
I provide compassionate and evidence based nutrition care both in-person (Randwick, Sydney) and via telehealth anywhere in Australia. My care is always trauma informed, body inclusive and neurodiversity affirming. I aim to create a safe, supportive space where my clients feel respected and heard.
I value the importance of multidisciplinary care and will work collaboratively with your wider healthcare team to support holistic care.
My past experience includes working for many years as an acute clinical dietitian (across various medical and surgical inpatient wards) before specialising in the area of eating disorders. I have worked within specialist eating disorder inpatient and outpatient teams, including to support the establishment of Australia’s first public residential treatment centre for eating disorders in Canberra. I concurrently work in a part time capacity as the District Eating Disorder Dietitian for the South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD) within NSW Health.
