About

Mental Health OT (AAOT) and Clinical Counsellor (PACFA). Provision of individual counselling and mental health occupational therapy services (Crossroads Counselling Practice) to young people over 16 years of age and adults who may be experiencing disordered eating including Anorexia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, Body Dysmorphia, Bulimia Nervosa and Body Image issues. Training in CBT-E, Schema therapy and MANTRA, DBT and draws from motivational interviewing and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Evidence based and client centred practice with a focus on recovery and engagement in daily activities. Passion for working with carers and support people and helping them to learn effective ways of supporting their loved one in the recovery journey, Trained in Collaborative Care.
