Megan is a Registered Psychologist supporting adolescents (15+) and adults to feel seen, supported, and more connected to themselves. She understands that reaching out for support can feel daunting and prioritises creating a safe, warm and collaborative space where clients feel genuinely respected and supported.
Megan supports individuals navigating trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, burnout, identity exploration, neurodivergence (including Autism and ADHD), and self-esteem concerns. She has a particular interest in supporting individuals experiencing disordered eating, eating disorders, and body image concerns. She brings curiosity and compassion to exploring patterns that may be contributing to feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected.
Megan has experience across schools, private practice, and workplace mental health settings, where she has supported individuals, facilitated groups, and conducted psychological assessments. She tailors therapy to each person, drawing on evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR, attachment- and schema-informed approaches, solution-focused strategies, as well as CBT-E and SSCM for eating disorders.
At the heart of Megan’s work is a commitment to meeting you where you are and walking alongside you. She believes therapy is not about pushing or directing, but about creating space for meaningful insight, growth, and sustainable change.
