I'm a clinical psychologist with experience working with individuals across the lifespan in both public and private health care, and research settings. My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and nurturing. I hope to create a safe, open, and accepting environment, where we can work together to understand your thoughts, feelings, behaviours, and relational patterns.
I use evidence-based and trauma-informed treatment approaches to help you to meet your individual needs and therapy goals. I work with adolescents (16+) to older adults. Therapy approaches: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), CBT Enhanced for Eating Disorders (CBT-E), Schema Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
