About

As an Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD), I am passionate about empowering young people, their families, and adults to understand their unique eating behaviours and nutritional needs in order to achieve optimal health. I take an individualised approach that is realistic and achievable. I celebrate neurodiversity and welcome NDIS clients also. I have extensive experience with all eating disorders: Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder and Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID). All my appointments are via VIDEO/PHONE, AUSTRALIA WIDE.
