Hi, I'm Lili, an accredited Mental Health Social Worker with experience across public and not‑for‑profit settings, including health services, sexual assault support, suicide‑prevention work, and grief and loss related to terminal illness, dementia, and other neurological conditions.
My therapeutic approach is flexible and evidence‑based, drawing on CBT‑E, DBT, ACT, Schema Therapy and EMDR. For clients who find it difficult to express their experiences verbally, I also offer gentle, indirect modalities such as sandtray and symbol work to support emotional processing and regulation.
Collaboration sits at the heart of my practice. I work alongside clients as part of a team, helping them feel supported to move forward, even if it’s just a small step at a time. I’m a strong believer in the power of steady, achievable progress and creating a space where people feel safe, understood, and genuinely accompanied in their journey.
