About

Hi, I'm Liana If food feels overwhelming, your mind is constantly hijacked by thoughts about weight and numbers, or you're exhausted from years of chronic dieting, you don't have to navigate this alone. My mission is to help you reconnect with your body, rebuild your relationship with food, and reclaim your time and energy for the things that truly matter to you. Who I Support: I run a virtual dietetics practice supporting individuals across Melbourne and Australia-wide.

  • Adults: Collaborative, step-by-step support that goes at your pace to gradually help you work through food rules, trust yourself with all foods, break binge-restrict cycles, and rebuild trust in yourself and your body.
  • Teens & Families: Compassionate, family-inclusive, practical care that equips both the young person and their support system with the tools needed for sustainable recovery.

Areas of Specialty:

  • Eating Disorders & Disordered Eating
  • Chronic Dieting & Food Anxiety
  • Body Image Concerns
  • ARFID (Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder)
  • ADHD related food challenges
  • Consideration or use of GLP-1's alongside relationship with food challenges

How We Can Work Together:

  • Virtual Nutrition Counselling: Warm, compassionate support that goes at your pace. We unpack the what, when, why, how food became complicated, and work together on the 'what now'. A mix of understanding the science of it all, setting small goals and experiments, and using helpful resources.
  • Virtual Meal Support (Individual & Family): In simple terms, we eat together! Real-time, practical guidance to help challenge the eating disorder at mealtimes and bridge the bridge the gap between intensive hospital/day programs and daily life.

My Approach:

  • I respect the natural diversity of body shapes and believe there is no single "right" way to have a body.
  • I hold space for the big emotions and stories that come up in this work, honouring the sense of safety that food and body behaviours have provided while helping you build freer ways forward.
  • I combine lived experience with professional training and experiences in a range of specialised eating disorder services, but ultimately you are the expert of "you" and your experience is always at the forefront
  • I engage in regular clinical supervision and self-reflection practices to ensure I provide safe, effective, quality care to all those I work with

I look forward to supporting you!
