I’m a registered psychologist who works with individuals experiencing disordered eating, eating disorders and body image concerns. My practice is grounded in a compassionate, evidence-based approach that integrates Health at Every Size (HAES) principles with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy - Enhanced (CBT-E).
I support clients to build a more peaceful relationship with food and their bodies by addressing thinking patterns, reducing eating disorder behaviours, and strengthening coping skills. Alongside structured, goal-oriented work, I prioritise warmth, collaboration, and respect for body diversity. Therapy with me is both practical and reflective — focused on meaningful change while honouring each client’s lived experience and autonomy.
