Leanna is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and nutritionist based in South East Queensland servicing Toowoomba & surrounding areas. She is passionate about helping individuals improve their relationship with food and feel good about their dietary choices. She strives to create a non-judgmental and safe environment where clients can share their nutrition goals and receive personalised support. Leanna understands that the abundance of nutrition misinformation can be overwhelming and challenging to navigate alone. Recognising that one diet or style of eating does not fit all, she uses her clinical expertise to tailor plans that best meet each individual’s needs. Practicing from a Health at Every Size (HAES) framework, Leanna prioritises well-being over restrictive eating.
