Kristen Kizer

My nutrition counselling approach is a combination of education around nutrition and the health impacts of eating disorders, and working to re-establish natural hunger and satiety cues. Most of my experience is with people with anorexia, but I have also worked with binge-eating disorder, bulimia, and purging disorder. I have a background in sports nutrition, so many of whom I see are also athletes. I treat both adolescences and adults either in-person in Canberra or via telehealth.
