Kristal specialises in the treatment of eating disorders, supporting her clients to overcome disordered eating patterns, improve body image and find food freedom. Kristal works closely with adolescents, adults, and families to cope with the significant strain eating disorders can add to an individual's health and functioning. With extensive personal and professional experience in the field, Kristal supports her clients through the therapeutic process with genuine care, understanding and empathy.
