I am a Clinical Psychology Registrar and PhD student currently working at One Mind Health (Kingscliff), where clients can also access dietetic services and a nurse practitioner as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team. I am still early in my career and continuing to learn and grow as a clinician in the eating disorder space. I have training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy – Enhanced (CBT-E) and Family-Based Therapy (FBT), and experience supporting adolescents and adults with eating disorders including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, ARFID, and OSFED. I am also beginning further training in Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) and SSCM to broaden the ways I can support recovery. My approach is client-centred and compassionate, and I aim to walk alongside people in their recovery journey, drawing on a variety of evidence-based interventions to ensure treatment is tailored to the individual.
