Psychologist

About

I am a Counselling Psychologist with four years of focused eating disorder experience. I work with adult clients via telehealth and have a particular interest in bulimia nervosa and binge eating disorder. Prior to psychology I was a Nurse for 10 years and am confident in working collaboratively in a remote team environment. Therapeutic interventions include CBT, DBT, IPT and IFS. I approach therapy from a parts perspective and aim to to address the core issues from which the disordered eating is arising.
