Katherine Sayer-Jones

I am an open-minded therapist, intentional in creating an atmosphere of safety and hope in the therapy room. I have a genuine desire to develop connection with my clients, and can support you overcome issues with dieting, weight concerns, and feeling 'stuck' in the cycle of negative body image. I am trained in supporting my clients overcome all stages of their eating disorder, including those questioning whether they have an issue with eating. I work with individuals work towards recovery from anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, and concerns related to body image more generally.
