Kate is a masters-qualified Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician. Kate's special interests include eating disorders, nutrition therapy for mental health concerns, eating difficulties in adult neurodivergent individuals, GI disease and functional GI disorders, weight-neutral chronic disease management, and food allergies and intolerances. When working with eating disorders, Kate's style is warm, relaxed, authentic, collaborative, and non-judgemental. This is balanced with a confident, sincere, and direct approach to provide a sense of support and direction while maintaining clients' self-determination and empowering them and their families as the true agents of change in eating disorder recovery.
