I am trained in CBT-E and MFBT and I work with individuals and families treating eating disorders. I am passionate about helping individuals with disordered eating and body image concerns build a healthy relationship with food and their body. I have a special interest in the treatment of adolescents with an eating disorder, utilising MFBT.
