Jo Cook - Counsellor

I start with the premise that people can and do recover from eating disorders and work mostly with adult clients. I also include partners or significant others where they are directly involved in supporting and individual in their recovery process. I come from a background of teaching, holding a Masters of Education, specialising in Gifted Education and firmly believe in the role of psycho-education in treatment.
