Jessica Ciarma

Psychologist

About

My name is Jess and I'm a clinical psychologist who works with adults with eating disorders; primarily Binge Eating Disorder (BED) and Bulimia Nervosa (BN). I also treat body image concerns and other forms of disordered eating. My primary approach is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Eating Disorders (CBT-E). I consider myself a friendly, warm, and approachable psychologist who strives to provide a safe and empathic therapeutic space to listen, understand, and address disordered eating.
