I work within a framework of contextual behavioural therapies (ACT, CFT & similar) to help people develop skills of psychological flexibility (less rule bound!) in the service of life goals & values.
I also offer neurofeedback as an adjunctive therapy - can be helpful when eating/body image issues have their origins in childhood trauma.
